The Ecoatech MicroMix™Manifold is the result of the necessity to provide a plural component mixing platform that is both lightweight and user-friendly with the added benefit of being an Australian designed and manufactured solution where quality build materials and safety are paramount.
Centred around fast set plural component materials, where mixed residence time and the importance of getting both components onto the substrate as soon as possible after they are introduced with each other, has been a critical factor in design and functionality.
Manufactured from a solid billet of high-grade anodised aluminium, boasting all stainless steel components for both chemical resistance, corrosion protection and long service life, the Ecoatech MicroMix™ Manifold may be used for a variety of plural component coatings.
The injector options offer the ability to correctly balance pressures to prevent lead and lag ratio inconsistencies and offer accurate and effective material integration.
The Ecoatech MicroMix™Manifold is designed to be carried on person with the belt hanger and adapter plate which allows the operator close control of both mixing and flushing, enabling the mixed material whip hose to be kept to a minimum, thus decreasing residence time and improving manoeuvrability.
The belt hanger features an easy to mount belt clip system, allowing the applicator to both install and remove the hanger without having to remove their belt, as well as offering free rotation of the manifold whilst it remains securely fastened.
To complete your MicroMix™ platform, Ecoatech offer several add on options, including,
- Hose swivels (A, B and flush)
- Non-Return inlet valves for both A and B materials (Recommended)
